If your order hasn't been shipped, you can contact our Gocase Support team within 5 hours after placing your order and they will cancel it, and issue a full reimbursement.

Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel a customized order that has already been printed. But hey, no worries! You can still reach out to our Support team and they will tell you about other possible solutions. 😁 Contact us here.
