APPLICABILITYÂ (How can I buy in the promotion?)
To participate in the promotion "Buy 2, Get 4 | Buy 3, Get 6 + Free Shipping" the customer must add two (2) or three (3) products to the cart and two (2) or three (3) extra free products will be added automatically at no cost.
Customers who add at least two (2) products, that have no other coupons applied and with a minimum value for each currency ( 50 EUR/Â 50 GBP/ 50 USD/ 50 CHF/ 90 AUD), are eligible to participate in the promotion.

CHANGE OF ORDERÂ (Can I change my order?)
We know sometimes people realize they chose the wrong product/name/design! But don’t worry, we’re here to help! However, we’re only able to change your order while it’s still in our warehouse.

a) Changes requested within 6 hours of placing the order will be carried out free of charge*;

b) Changes requested after 6 hours will be subject to analysis and you may be charged for them.

CANCELLATION, EXCHANGE OR REFUND
In case of cancellation of one or more products, the total value of the product will be discounted from the discounts applied to the product, according to the calculation below:
Refunded amount = Product value - Product value x (Percentage of discount on purchase)
Ex: $50.00 (Product value) - $50.00 (Product value) x 0.5 (Percent discount on purchase)= $25.00 (refunded value)
In other situations, the general rules of the Gocase Policies apply.
